Bible Coloring Pages to Print

Here are 14 free Bible story coloring sheets, in the order the stories appear in the Bible, from Creation to the wise men. Each one prints on a single page: open it and tap Print, or download the ready-made PDF. Every page names the Bible passage it comes from, so you can read the story together before your child colors it. No sign-up, no email.

Stories Jesus lived and stories he told.

Getting a clean printout

Printing a coloring page straight from a web page often goes wrong: the picture splits across two sheets, or the site’s menu and the web address print along with it. Each page here is set up to avoid that.

  • The Print button sends only the picture to the printer, sized to fill one portrait page with a white margin. The print dialog that opens is your device’s own, so it lists the printers your phone or computer can reach.
  • The PDF is the fallback when the browser won’t cooperate. It is one US Letter page of crisp black lines on white, and it prints the same from any device.

Plain printer paper is fine for crayons and colored pencils. Markers can bleed through thin paper, so slip a spare sheet underneath or print on heavier paper if your printer takes it.

Choosing pages for preschoolers

The drawings are made for children about 5 to 9 years old, but several work well for younger kids. Small hands do best with a few big shapes and lots of open space. Start with Noah’s Ark, The Angel Visits Mary, and Wise Men Follow the Star. Save the busier scenes, like Creation, Moses Parting the Red Sea, Shepherds and the Angels, for when they can stay inside smaller spaces, or color those together.

A short routine helps the story stick: read the passage printed on the page (or tell it in your own words), ask your child who is in the picture, then let them color while you talk about what happened next.

Questions parents ask

Are these Bible coloring pages really free?
Yes. Every page can be printed or downloaded as a PDF for free, with no account and no email address.
What paper size do they print on?
The PDFs are US Letter (8.5 × 11 inches), one picture per page. On A4 paper, choose “Fit to page” in the print dialog and the picture shrinks slightly to fit.
Can I print them from my phone?
Yes. Open a coloring page and tap Print; your phone shows the printers it can reach (AirPrint on iPhone, the Print option on Android). If nothing appears, download the PDF and print it from the Files app or a computer.
Why did my printout come out on two pages or with a web address on it?
That happens when a browser prints the whole web page instead of just the picture. Use the Print button on the coloring page itself, or download the PDF, which is already laid out as a single page.
Which pages are best for preschoolers?
Pages with a few large shapes: Noah’s Ark, The Angel Visits Mary, Wise Men Follow the Star. Busier scenes such as Creation, Moses Parting the Red Sea, Shepherds and the Angels suit children who already color inside smaller spaces.
